Data, sources and purposes
We process contact details, CVs, professional experience, qualifications, application correspondence and interview notes that you provide. We may receive professional information from a recruiter or reference you authorise; where information comes from elsewhere, we provide the required notice. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, health data or other sensitive information.
We use this information to assess suitability, communicate with you and take steps towards an employment or services contract at your request. GDPR bases are pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in managing recruitment and establishing or defending claims, and applicable legal duties. We do not rely on a corporate customer’s contract as the basis for an applicant’s processing.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to people involved in hiring and relevant email, communications and recruitment service providers, and professional advisers where necessary. Providers may process data outside the EEA; applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards are required. Ask the legal contact for the recipients and safeguards relevant to your application.
Retention
Unless a longer period is legally required for a specific claim, unsuccessful application records are retained for no more than 12 months after the recruitment process closes. Inclusion in a future opportunities pool requires a separate choice and stated retention period. Successful applicants receive the personnel privacy information applicable to their engagement.
Rights and choices
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw any consent. Contact legal@advigator.com. We verify identity proportionately and respond within the applicable legal deadline. You can complain to the Italian Garante or your competent authority.
No solely automated hiring decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is described or authorised by this notice. Any materially different recruitment processing requires appropriate notice and safeguards before it begins. Providing relevant application information is necessary to evaluate your application; optional information is not required.
