How to refer to Advigator and use approved brand assets.

Version

Last updated

Advigator’s name and logo identify our service. Ownership remains with ADVIGATOR S.R.L.. These guidelines do not restrict lawful nominative references, commentary or other rights that cannot be excluded.

Permitted references

You may refer truthfully to Advigator, link to our site and describe your experience or authorised integration. Affiliates may use logo assets supplied for the programme under the Affiliate Programme Terms. Other promotional logo use requires written permission.

Restrictions

Do not distort approved logos, imply endorsement or certification, claim to represent Advigator, register confusingly similar domains or accounts, or incorporate our branding into your own product name without written permission. Paid-search restrictions for affiliates remain in their agreement. Do not imply that Amazon sponsors your business or Advigator beyond an accurately described, separately authorised relationship. Third-party trademarks remain their owners’ property.

Specific written permissions govern their stated scope. We may require correction of misleading or unauthorised brand use. Permission to use our marks does not permit us to use a customer’s logo; that requires separate approval under the MSA.
