Beta and Trial Terms

The rules for free trials and for features released in beta.

These terms are part of the Master Services Agreement and apply in addition to it.

1. Free trial

Each marketplace you connect gets a 30-day free trial, with no credit card required. During the trial you have access to the full product.

At the end of the trial, charging begins for that marketplace under the Payment Terms. You will be told before that happens. If Advigator-managed campaigns spend nothing in a month, there is nothing to charge.

You can stop at any time during the trial. Data created during a trial that does not convert into a paid subscription is deleted under the Data Retention and Deletion Policy. Campaigns created in your Amazon Ads account during the trial continue to exist there until you pause or remove them — they are yours, and they may keep spending unless paused. The automatic pause for an expired trial without a valid payment method is described in the Payment Terms; do not assume that disconnecting or closing an account pauses every campaign. Check the Advertising Platform directly.

2. Beta features

From time to time we make features available marked “beta”, “preview”, “early access” or similar.

They are optional. You choose to enable them.

They are provided as is. The warranty in clause 8.2 of the Agreement does not apply to beta features. They may be incomplete, may change substantially, may produce unexpected results, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

They are free unless we say otherwise, and time spent using them does not create an entitlement to the finished feature at any particular price.

Everything else still applies. Data protection, security, confidentiality and the Acceptable Use Policy apply to beta features exactly as they do to the rest of the Services. A beta feature that sends data to a new sub-processor is subject to the 30-day notice in clause 6.2 of the Data Processing Agreement.

Do not use a beta feature where a wrong result would be costly unless you are monitoring it. If a beta feature makes changes to live advertising accounts, review them.

3. Feedback

Feedback you give us about a trial or a beta feature is covered by clause 4.5 of the Agreement: we may use it freely, and we will not identify you as its source.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from beta features is limited to the amount you paid for them, which is normally zero. The exclusions in clause 10.4 of the Agreement still apply.
